UK ONLINE RETURNS

**Please note we will still be processing return parcels throughout UK lockdown**

RETURNS INSTRUCTIONS

We want you to be 100% delighted with your purchase. You can let us know you want to return an item up to 14 days from the day your order is delivered. You then have a further 14 days to return the item to us. To request to return an item please email hello@libersum.co.uk with the order number, your name and reason for the return. The return address will be provided.

Please note, all returned items must be unworn and have tags attached. Until we receive your return, the items and their condition are your responsibility.

Liber sum are unable to compensate for lost parcels. For returns it is your responsibility to insure against any losses.

We aim to process your return within 14 working days of your goods being delivered in our offices (excluding weekends and bank holidays) though this may rise slightly during busier times, Christmas etc.

 

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

You will be given the return address upon your returns request. The cost of returns for international orders is the responsibility of the customer. For returns outside the EU, you must complete a customs declaration indicating that the package contains returned goods.

 

RETURN PROCESSING

Once we have received your returned goods we will send you an Email once your refund has been processed.

Your refund will be credited back via the original method of payment. While we try and process refunds within days of items arriving back to us, please allow up to 28 days for your refund to appear on your bank statement.

 

FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If there is any problem with your order please contact us at: hello@libersum.co.uk Please include your order number with any item you return. It’s also useful to include the

date of purchase, your original receipt (if you have it) and a brief description of the damage or defect.

Once we receive your item and explanation, we will resolve the situation quickly.

 

EXCHANGING ITEMS

If you would like to exchange an item the best thing you can do is place a new order for the new item you want and then return the items you don’t want for a full refund.
